橡膠接頭是用在設備進出口的，可以補償軸向和橫向位移，減震效果是最好的。并且不受管道內部介質的腐蝕。
不銹鋼的產品對水質要求比較高，水中氯離子含量超標的話，有可能會造成不銹鋼波紋腐蝕，造成漏水。
金屬軟管（外面帶編織網的）這種可以用在設備進出口，可以起到減震的作用，也可以補償橫向位移，軸向位移很小的。但是要注意介質腐蝕問題。
